The program is organised for all exchange students by the International Office of Corvinus University of Budapest and ESN Corvinus!
Orientation Day Programme Schedule:
/ Location: E building, IV. auditorium (ground floor) /
12.00 PM - Start
- Presentation about the university campuses, the academic term, documentations and ESN (Please find the detailed list of topics in your email inboxes)
20 min break
- Picking up the official Enrollment Form - filling in, signing, returning the forms and receiveing the Student ID cards
4.00 PM - End of Central Orientation
4.00-5.30 PM - ESN market (get your ESNcard, buy tickets for our programmes and meet the ESNers)
Welcome Programme of ESN Corvinus
- 6.45-7.00 PM - Meeting (Main Building, Fővám tér 8.)
- 7.00-8.30 PM - Introduction of ESN, university tour and get-to-know each other games
- 8.30-9.15 PM - ESN surprise
- 9.15 PM - Welcome party
