The program is organised by the International Office of Corvinus University of Budapest and ESN Corvinus.

• 12:10 - 12:15: Short film about famous Hungarian inventions
• 12:15 - 12.30: Introduction of Corvinus University of Budapest (Mr. István Vilmos Kovács, Director of Directorate of International Relations and Innovation)
• 12:30 - 12:45: Practical information for Exchange Students (Mr. Szilárd Varga, Incoming Student Coordinator)
• 12:45 - 12:55: NEPTUN information
• 12:55 - 13:05: MOODLE information
• 13:05 - 13:15: Introduction speech about the library (Ms. Zsuzsanna Nagy)
• 13:15 - 13:25: Sport facilities in and around CUB (Mr. Balázs Tóth)
• 13:25 - 13:35: Introduction of ESN Corvinus (Ms. Kata Csontos – President of ESN Corvinus)
• 13:35 - 15.00: Central registration for all students
Welcome Program of ESN Corvinus Student Organisation, from 19:00, Main Building (Open for everyone)
• 18.45 - 19.00 Meeting (Main Building, Fővám tér 8.)
• 19.00 - 20.45 Introduction of ESN, university tour and get-to-know each other games
• 20.45 - 21.15 ESN surprise
• 21.15 - Welcome party
