Orientation Day by ESN Corvinus & the International Office

Dear Exchange Students,

We hope you're having fun during the awesome Hostel Week!

But next Monday, who’s ready to kick off the new semester and get all the infos about the Uni?

Come to our Orientation Day and get to know Corvinus and each other! You will also have the opportunity to meet the members of ESN Corvinus and buy your ESNcard! 

The program is organised by the International Office of Corvinus University of Budapest and ESN Corvinus.

Orientation Day - Program:

29 January 2018 (Monday), from 12:00 (Main Building, IV. Lecture Hall)
- 12:00 - 12:10: Short film about famous Hungarian inventions
- 12:10 - 12:25: Welcome speech, Introduction of Corvinus University of Budapest (István Vilmos Kovács – Director of International Relations and Innovation / Dr. Tamás Pesuth – Director of External Relations)
- 12.25-12.30: Corvinus University image video
- 12:30 - 12:50: Practical information for Exchange Students (Ms. Sára Fábián – Incoming Student Coordinator)
- 12:50 - 13:00: NEPTUN information (Mr. Zsombor Fekete)
- 13:00 - 13:10: MOODLE information (Mr. Robert Li)
- 13:10 - 13:20: Introduction of the library system (Ms. Zsuzsanna Nagy)
- 13:20 - 13:30: Sport facilities in and around CUB (Ms. Csilla Páhán)
- 13:30 - 13:40: Emergency cases
- 13:40 - 13:50: Introduction of ESN Corvinus (Mr. Dániel Zsiros –president)
- 13:50 - 14.00: Introduction of the Faculty coordinators, central registration for all students
- 14.00: special orientation of the faculties, ESN market

Welcome Program of ESN Corvinus Student Organisation, from 19:00 (Main Building)
- 19:00 - 19.30: Meeting (main building)
- 19.30 - 21.00: Introduction of ESN, university tour and get-to-know each other games
- 21:00 - 21.30: ESN surprise
- 21.30: Welcome party
